The dragon wakes

Task One: outside of the mound, circling, flames.I think there is a pattern in these verbs because they kind of show his personality.

Task two: Hot and savage, He kept circling and circling. I chose this phrase because it really engages the reader by describing the dragon

Autobiography

My name is Karam Elalaoui,I am from  Morocco but I was born here in England. I go to a secondary school called London Nautical school and I am in year seven. My primary school was Southwark park primary school. I have one brother that goes to bacon’s college and is in year eleven

I have had lots of memories in my life. One fantastic experience for me is when I was in school journey in year 6. I still remember we went 29th September 2014 until the 3rd of October 2014. In the morning before school journey I was really upset because it was the first time I was away from my parents. But when I got on the coach at 9:45 I was jumping with joy and i was so excited.

It was a very long three hour journey, I was so excited to know who was going to be in the same room as me. When we got there i just realised how good it was, first thing we did was have lunch for lunch I had a cheese sandwich and a bottle of orange juice. After that was our first activity and it was a fantastic one it was called capture the flag, it was so fun.The aim of the game was to run to the other teams flag without getting tagged. I was over the moon because i had won my team the game.

When we went back to the building we went to have a shower and then we wrote a diary entry because we got to reflect on the day we had.

The following day I woke up in the morning brushed my teeth and had a shower. Then the whole year group went to have breakfast then after we went jet skiing, which in my opinion was one of the best activities of the week. Soon after we went to have lunch. After lunch I participated in rowing, which I enjoyed because I had a very good laugh. Me and my best friend charlie were in the same boat. We capsized and I didn’t care if my clothes got wet because it was a lot of fun. When we went back to the building and had a shower.

The following day we went on the zip wire, which was my favourite activity because it was so fun. As I was walking up the tower I realised how it was so i was starting to have second thoughts. But I decided to do it and it was a brilliant decision because it was so exciting and I went so fast. A few hours later we done another breathtaking activity. Again I was a bit scared at the start but then I decided to do it and it was so good because I decided to go so far but i did get some splinters. Then the last activity of the week was another good one. For the game we had to be able to work well as a team.

Hello and welcome to your personal online journal.

Edutronic has been created to enhance and enrich your learning at the London Nautical School. Its purpose is to provide you with an audience for your work (or work-in-progress) and you have the choice (by altering the ‘visibility’ of your posts) of whether your work on here is visible to the world, or only to your teacher.

Anything you post here in the public domain represents you and thus it’s important that you take care with that decision, but don’t be afraid to publish your work – as the feedback you may get from people at home, your peers and people from around the internet is only likely to enhance it.

Remember you can always access your class blog and all manner of resources through the Edutronic main website – and by all means check out the sites of your peers to see what they’re getting up to as well.

If you have any questions for your teacher, an excellent way to get an answer is to create a new private post on this journal. Your teachers are am notified of any new posts and will reply swiftly to any queries.

Make the most of, and enjoy this new freedom in your English learning!
